This Karcher Scrubber dryer was designed for use on small isles and between tills at supermarkets. Due to its compact size, the BR 40 25 has a very small turning circle.

Supermarkets: The BR 40/25 scrubber drier is compact enough for use between tills and down isles where there are displays or other obstacles which would normally make access for cleaning equipment difficult. The gel batteries are sealed units and are maintenance free, there is no worry of battery acid being split which would be a hazard near food products.
Contract Cleaners: The roller brush on the BR 40/25 walk behind scrubber dryer is suitable for cleaning all hard floor types including tiled flooring. Due to the direction of rotation the brush is able to clean the spaces in between tiles where normal disk brush scrubber driers cannot reach. The machine is controlled from a single control knob allowing for shorter training times and ease of use.
