Without exception, all of the cleaning equipment we supply is repairable.
We do not sell cheap non-serviceable, throw away products.
You are buying a quality product, made from heavy duty materials
to withstand use in industrial and commercial environments. All
machines which are motor, pump or battery driven are designed to
have certain components replaced or serviced at stipulated intervals
in order to maintain it’s maximum efficiency, safety and ultimately
any manufacturers warranty.
As authorised servicing dealers to the industry top 5 manufacturers
we can service approx. 90% of the cleaning equipment in the market
place today and because of our size and investments already made,
we actually stock most of the parts we need to do this. This enables
us to offer a next day on site visit by a qualified engineer, carrying
spare parts. We currently achieve a 97% single visit solution, so
you can rely on a minimum down time of your equipment.
We have specialised in cleaning equipment sales, service, breakdown
& repair, hire, spares and accessories for the past 20 years,
we know what we are doing and we have refined our service department
products to offer a professional and highly competitive value for
money back up service.
We offer fully inclusive parts and labour, timed service packages across our full commercial range of cleaning equipment, which all give the additional benefits of a reduced hourly labour rate, FREE breakdown callouts (excluding user misuse or abuse) as well as a 15% discount off any additional parts, consumables & accessories required for that specific machine.
